Coats for Kids
Let’s make sure no kids are cold this winter!
Let's provide warmth for children in need during the cold winter months! As part of a nationwide initiative by the Knights of Columbus, the Coats for Kids program has a goal to ensure that no child in North America goes without a coat during the winter season.
Coat Drive 2024
October 12-20
Our local council will be collecting for this effort, and 100% of the collection will go directly towards the purchasing of these coats for local outreach centers. We will round up any shortfall to ensure that all the funds are used.
The Knights of Columbus "Coats for Kids" will be collecting coats through October 12-20. The Knights of Columbus provide coats for needy children every year. You can help us in this worthy cause by purchasing a brand-new coat for $21/$26 (child/teen) each. If you would like to sponsor a case of coats, the cost is $250.00 for children or $305.00 for teens. A half-case is $125.00 (child) and $152.50 (teen).
The Knights will be delivering coats around Thanksgiving. Let’s make sure no kids are cold this winter!
The generosity of St. Max parishioners, last year, was over $10,000, and allowed the knights to provide over 456 coats to children in St. Leo the Great Parish, West Chester and Liberty Townships (Reach Out Lakota), and West Liberty Outreach (West Liberty, KY). Thank you for your past support, and we hope you can help again this year.
